Precautionary measures we are taking (effective immediately and until further notice):

    • Limiting the number of patients in the facility.  When you queue up outside, we ask for your patience and for you to maintain distance.
    • Installation of flexi-glass barriers at the registration and dispensing counters.
    • We encourage SAME DAY PRE-ORDERS to limit exposure (strongly recommended).  No changes will be allowed for pre-orders.
  • Consultations by phone only – call us at 203-496-5200 to set up an appointment.
  • We will not handle your ID or debit cards.  You will display your ID at the verification window and insert your own debit cards for payment.
  • For high-risk patients (65 years + or with serious underlying medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease), we will have dedicated office hours, by appointment only, on Mon-Fri, 8am-9am (except Wednesday, 9am-10am).  Call us 203-496-5200 for an appointment.
  • Keeping the facility clean and hygienic, including frequent cleaning of high-touch areas.
  • Staying tuned to guidance from the State of CT and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

What you can do:

  • Do not visit the facility if you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms.  Call us instead at 203-496-5200 and speak to the pharmacist.
  • Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure and consist of fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Emergency warning signs include trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion or inability to arouse, and bluish lips or face. Get medical attention if you have any symptoms.
